The full online UPS systems offered through the Philips power solutions program have been tested and approved by Philips Healthcare NA for use with our equipment. Philips will take full responsibility for any power-related issues that develop from equipment protected by these solutions, provided that all equipment is properly installed and maintained and no changes are made in the power load without prior written approval from Philips.*
 
* Service activities on medical equipment that are due to power disturbances are not covered under Philips system warranties and service contracts.
