  • Former US Representative Earl Pomeroy, D-ND

Counsel, Alston & Bird LLP, Washington DC

Elected to Congress in 1992, Rep. Pomeroy served on the powerful House Ways and Means Committee, giving him influence over key policy decisions on tax, trade, Social Security, and Medicare. He is a well-experienced and knowledgeable legislator on issues affecting medical imaging.

 

  • Christoph Wald, MD PhD

Vice Chairman, Radiology Department, Lahey Clinic, Boston MA

Member, American College of Radiology (ACR) and Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) joint taskforce on Adult Radiation Protection

Dr. Wald, who has been working at Lahey Clinic, Boston, since 1998, specializes in body imaging and 3D/advanced image analysis. He is a member of the ACR/RSNA joint task force focused on improving imaging appropriateness, reducing radiation, and educating patients on the risks and benefits of imaging. Dr.Wald is an Associate Professor of Radiology at Tufts University School of Medicine and currently serves as President of the MA Radiological Society.
