Philips achieves top rankings in IMV ServiceTrak Ultrasound Report for the 19th consecutive year
WHAT: Philips’ service performance achieves first place across multiple categories in the 2011 U.S. IMV ServiceTrak™ Ultrasound All Systems Report for the 19th consecutive year.
WHY: Customers have again rated Philips Healthcare No. 1 in overall service performance for “Ultrasound All Systems” comprised of radiology/ob-gyn and cardiology instruments in the annual IMV ServiceTrak surveys.
The 2011 IMV ServiceTrak Ultrasound All Systems report demonstrates Philips’ ongoing dedication to customers and accentuates Philips’ track record as a leader in the U.S. market. Philips once again ranked first in overall field service engineer performance, system installation, overall OEM service performance, overall system performance, manufacturer satisfaction and probability of repurchasing.

In an independent survey by IMV Limited, more than 1,800 customers were asked to rate ultrasound systems manufacturers on a broad range of factors across the product ownership lifecycle. For the Ultrasound All Systems report, Philips received top marks in 35 of 39 categories measured in the study.
