A: Philips will offer you a choice of replacement device:
- A new HeartStart FRx that carries a five-year warranty, complete with free carry case, 1 set of pads, and battery, or
- A refurbished HeartStart FR2+ with a warranty matching the remaining duration of the original device warranty.
