Flexible Workflows and Reports
XIRIS framework provides extensive capabilities for flexible workflows. Because we know that no two imaging facilities are the same, XIRIS features can be customized for your center's needs, giving you the functionality you need and expect in a RIS.
Also, since most facilities have more than one workflow depending on patient and exam types, XIRIS allows you to develop several workflows within the same facility. XIRIS offers various reporting layouts and management reports depending on whether you are an individual or a multi-center facility. It also offers a single database or multiple databases.
XIRIS for Imaging Facilities
XIRIS can be used in traditional imaging facilities where both the exams and interpretations are performed. The application organizes the workflow for each step in the workflow from the exam order or request to the distribution of the final report. XIRIS provides the vital link between other information systems, the patient's electronic health record (EHR), and PACS in order to implement an integrated information network for the facility.
XIRIS for Teleradiology/RO (Read Only)
XIRIS for teleradiology/read-only is used to manage the workflow of organizations where only interpretation is provided. The workflow normally begins when the images are received from other locations and includes case management, dictation, transcription and ends with report distribution.
XIRIS provides for auto-assigning exams to radiologists based on detailed criteria built into their individual profile and a time matrix to assist the practice to meet contract deadlines. A watch list is provided to take care of features like "call important finding" as well as workflow and communication between radiologists and case managers. Other beneficial options, such as tracking radiologists' scheduled hours, details for payroll, client billing to manage read contract fees and detailed monthly totals offer teleradiolgy clinics increased efficiency.
XIRIS Multi-center RIS-Backbone
XIRIS can be used by multi-centers with any type of imaging facility including hospitals, free-standing imaging centers and teleradiology/read-only centers. XIRIS allows you to share and synchronize data among multi-centers, or keep them all separate. XIRIS offers extensive tracking and management of activities and data based on each center or all centers. Also available are cross scheduling, report comparisons, share of information and other cross-center functionalities.
XIRIS provides three options for the multi-center RIS backbone to accommodate your centers' needs:
- Single Server RIS-Backbone allows you to use one server for multiple locations as long as you have a secure and reliable connection between centers.
- Multi-Server ENTERPRISE RIS-Backbone allows you to use multiple servers located at a single location for multiple locations as long as you have a secure and reliable connection between centers.
- Multiple Server RIS-backbone allows you to share and sync data while keeping a server at each location to avoid down time. All systems can be configured to meet your needs.
