Secure, encrypted service

Over an advanced virtual private network (VPN) we help maintain your systems without interrupting your daily routine. Services that formerly required onsite visits are now available by connecting to our global remote services customer care centers. From a distance we can: 

  • Identify system errors
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot
  • Perform immediate remote repairs

 

Working closely with your department and IT staff, Philips specialists will design and implement a Remote Services solution specifically configured for your environment (both Philips and non-Philips systems*).

 

A robust set of tools

Philips has established an innovative set of remote capabilities for resolving issues on connected systems. Instead of an on-site visit, Remote Desktop handles service issues via an on-screen visit. Our remote expert will have:

  • Live view of system console
  • Remote Diagnostics for identifying a system error
  • Ability to view system images and log files
  • Remote operation of the system (with your permission)

 

Instead of waiting on hold, or navigating a phone tree, Remote Service Request allows you to open a service request directly from your system console, which is automatically routed to a Philips engineer.

 

Instead of being surprised by a system issue, Remote Proactive Support (for select systems) continuously monitors key system parameters and notifies a remote service technician of any anomalies before they impact equipment performance.
