Managed Services – Partnership based on predictable annual budget
Managed Services is the third and highest level of support we offer our clients. With a managed service, day-to-day related management responsibilities are transferred to Philips as a strategic method for improved effective and efficient operations. The scope can contain advanced arrangements like design, building work, procurement, installation, testing, supporting staff, the full scope of technology (not limited to Philips only), arrangements for system uptime and support response time and the monitoring and reporting of system performance.
What’s more, the partnership combines these with our unique Technology Management Service in which we as Philips take on the responsibility of ensuring that our clients’ equipment always remains up-to-date throughout the lifetime of the partnership. As our clients’ equipment becomes obsolescent and new or improved technologies come on stream, we give them the option to upgrade.
