With the true Hybrid OR from Philips, you can perform a full range of procedures – from endovascular to hybrid to minimally invasive or open surgery – in a single room, virtually without compromise. Based on your procedures, case load, and clinical workflow, we create an integrated design that incorporates lighting, booms, the OR table, monitor configuration, video switching, sterility measures, and the X-ray system. All equipment can be easily moved out of the way to support the workflow of different procedures.

Lower radiation exposure and increase awareness with DoseWise and Dose Aware. Like you, we are deeply concerned about high levels of radiation exposure for patients and staff. Our DoseWise program is built into every aspect of the Allura Xper system to enhance X-ray dose protection for patients and staff in the Hybrid OR, while maintaining optimal image quality. We also offer innovation solutions to help you further manage your radiation exposure while working. Our
unique DoseAware* provides instant, time-stamped feedback in the examination room so you can immediately adjust your working habits to minimize radiation exposure. You see when and where X-ray dose was acquired on your personal dose meter so you can take the appropriate action during a procedure. You can
also easily check your exposure level with one glance at the colored display in the examination room. An option allows you to print or e-mail a full X-ray dose report at the end of each examination at the touch of a button.
* DoseAware is not a replacement for the thermoluminescent dosimeter (TLD) as a legal dose meter.

HeartNavigator
HeartNavigator simplifies planning, device selection, and projection angle selection before procedures. It uses pre-acquired CT images to create a 3D volume that is overlaid on your live fluoro image. Different virtual device templates can be selected. You can also measure the distance between the ostia coronaries and valve. During implantation, HeartNavigator provides live image guidance to support you in positioning the device.
Dynamic 3D Roadmap
Our unique Dynamic 3D Roadmap tool allows you to re-use diagnostic CT and MR images during the intervention as overlays on your live fluoro image. These richer visualizations provide a clear view of the target area while managing contrast and radiation exposure. You can use multi-modality overlays to verify the placement of devices during a procedure to enhance the quality of the operation.
