As fast as eyeballingQuantitative analysis of MRA data sets requires dedicated vascular analysis software. A specialized technologist prepares the analysis on a modality console or a specialized workstation, and reports the case to the radiologist.
Alternatively, the radiologist can use a dedicated vascular program. However, in practice, time and logistic constraints mean that a quick qualitative analysis by just eyeballing the data is often performed instead.
