Allura Xper FD biplane systems

Biplane electrophysiology X-ray systems streamline EP procedures

Carry out the most challenging EP procedures with new confidence on the Philips family of Allura Xper FD biplane electrophysiology X-ray systems. Choose from the Philips Allura Xper FD10/10, FD20/10 and FD20/20, depending on the imaging combination that best suits your case mix. Each provides exceptional visualization of complex cardiac anatomy in examinations where contrast media, X-ray dose and time really matter.

Biplane electrophysiology systems offers advanced support for EP procedures

  • The unique design of Philips biplane X-ray systems visualizes catheter and lead positions from two directions
  • EP navigator offers improved guidance for complex EP procedures
  • Philips EP cockpit makes the EP lab less cluttered and more efficient by creating a more intuitive working environment and integrating data management across the EP care cycle
  • Special EP X-ray dose settings can reduce X-ray radiation exposure for staff and patients by up to 80%
  • Store and retrieve multi-modality cardiology information from a central workstation in the EP lab to save valuable time during EP interventions

Benefit from new innovations for EP procedures with EP cockpit

Reduce EP lab clutter by organizing all equipment on one movable ceiling mounted rack. Get convenient imaging support during EP procedures by mixing and matching images from Philips and third party equipment on any Philips’ exam or control room monitor. Store any image on any screen as a DICOM Secondary Capture image for later use.

Real-time image guidance with this cutting edge electrophysiology system

Get advanced imaging support for EP interventions with Philips EP navigator. This new tool visualizes 3D cardiac anatomy and the position of catheters, in real time, in one image, in the EP interventional lab. It provides a 3D image of the heart based on either a pre-interventional CT image or an up-to-date 3D rotational angiography taken during the EP procedure. The EndoView feature enables you to look inside the left atrium for enhanced catheter guidance.
