Version 7.0 offers a new scheduling module, which streamlines the scheduling process. It was designed with the scheduler in mind and allows flexibility in data input when scheduling appointments to increase efficiency. It offers several "next available appointment" options and other enhancements that have been requested by clients. Now the scheduler or the referring physician can:
- Schedule procedures by modality or room.
- Schedule more than one exam at a time, including those from different modalities.
- Set flexible rules for scheduling specific modalities and exams.
- Schedule patients onsite or remotely with a user-friendly interface.
- Schedule Nuclear Medicine/PET exams in groups with breaks in between.
- Select time blocking, double booking, or exam-specific.
- Provide around-the-clock scheduling for multiple locations and pre-loading of holidays.
- Select "Fast Registration" option for walk-in patients, inpatients, and ER patients.
- Identify the clinical reason for an exam and/or select a pre-diagnosis from a complete
ICD9 or ICD10 table.
