Nocturne – This inventory management system allows you to review current inventory levels for existing contracts.
- Alerts prompt you if specific stock is low and immediate action is required.
- You’ll see what needs to be supplied, in what quantities, at what date.
- Nocturne will help you anticipate demand six to twelve months out.
eOrdering – No more traditional paper purchase orders. Instead, email notification is sent to you with news of a newly issued P.O. The email links to the eOrdering application where you can review details and indicate confirmation. Delivery date and quantities can be adjusted to reflect your current capacity – as long as they’re within accepted limits.
GSRS – Our Global Supplier Rating System measures supplier performance against five criteria:
1. Delivery Performance
2. Quality Performance
3. Responsiveness
4. Cost
5. Innovation
New business is rewarded to vendors based on performance ratings. So it is in your best interest to pro-actively manage your relationship with Philips. Access to all data related to each criterion is available for review and assessment.
