The IntelliVue Database Servers provide short-term data storage and transfer for up to 1,280 beds across the IntelliVue Clinical Network and exchanges data in HL7 format with systems on the hospital LAN, such as the HIS and CIS.
The IntelliVue Database Server is a key component of the IntelliVue Clinical Network, a monitoring subnet that interfaces with the hospital LAN.
The IntelliVue Database Server features:
- Data storage for 128 patients. Up to 10 Database Servers can be interconnected.
- One-click transfer of patient data between care units
- 96 hours of stored monitoring data with 4 configurable waves per patient
- HL7 export to hospital information systems
- RAID technology for fault-tolerant data storage and hot-swap disks
Information where it's needed: Data flows within the clinical network
The IntelliVue Database Server makes patient data accessible from any networked Information Center. As patients transition through the hospital, their physiologic data can be captured continuously and stored in the Database Server. Users can view data from different care locations simultaneously and access patient data remotely over the Internet.
