Cosmos BS

Radiography in confined Spaces

The Cosmos BS is a universal radiography system with a mobile patient support. lt is easy to handle and owing to its small space requirement it is a particularly economical unit. Irrespective of whether the patient is in the standing, seated or lying position, with the Cosmos BS you always obtain perfect X-ray exposures.

Main features of the system
The Cosmos BS has a column with a channel-shaped swivel arm, which carries the exposure and Bucky unit. This means the tube assembly and cassette are always opposite one another and centering errors can be practically ruled out. For oblique beam positioning the Bucky can be tilted by ± 45'. The SID (source-image distance) is freely selectable and adjustment is motorized. The wide range of movement of the Cosmos BS is particularly advantageous. For example, the Bucky unit can be moved down to the floor in order to facilitate examination of the lower extremities.

Good for your budget
With Cosmos BS you can perform optimum examinations on patients in the standing position even in confined spaces without the need for any additional wall column. The ease of use ensures fast procedures, increases the exposure rate possible and enhances comfort and convenience both for the user and the patient.
