Utilization Report Overviews

System Utilization reports By graphically illustrating usage on a day-by-day, week-by-week basis, including the daily hours of usage and system idle time, system utilization reports help you identify the problems, measure critical performance elements and enable analysis for improvements.

Some examples are:

• Examination Execution Report (24 hours or a full week): An instant view on your daily examination execution. It includes the total duration of an exam divided into scan time and wait times, as well as details of the various scans used during an exam, such as scan names and scan times. Analysis of this report enables you to detect possible bottle necks in your patient workflow and supports you in finding their root causes.
• Number of Examinations Report: An overview of the total daily examinations performed over a defined time period. The real-time output enables your organization to review trends in exam volume to support identification of growth opportunities, staff rationalization, workflow improvements and competitive threats.
• Examination Time Report: A snapshot of the examinations over a defined time period to understand the average time required to perform each examination. The real-time output enables your organization to understand the breadth of procedures being performed, from the simple to the complex, and how effectively and efficiently they are executed.
• Procedure Mix Report: An overview of the mix of procedures being performed, both as a fraction of the total procedure volume and as a distribution over a given time period. • Examination Mix Report: A summary of the mix of examinations over a defined time period to understand the quantity of each examination type being performed on your scanner. The real-time output enables an organization to understand in greater detail the sequences that comprise each procedure and the utilization of each protocol.

Benchmark and Trend Overview Combined with the system utilization reports, the benchmark and trend reports help you to analyze and identify opportunities for improvement, measure the effects of improvement implementations, and make anonymous benchmark comparisons of your key performance indicators with the best practices of other healthcare facilities.

• Trend Report: Instantly view key workflow performance indicator trends over time, including number of examinations, examination duration, scan ratio and total working hours. The real time output enables you to monitor performance and the impact of workflow improvement measures.
• Internal Benchmark Report: Compare key workflow performance indicators for multiple systems in your organization over time. The information enables you to compare and analyze the workflow performance of your scanners, detect and share internal best practices.
