Philips achieves top rankings in IMV ServiceTrak Ultrasound Report for 18th consecutive year
WHAT: Philips demonstrates continued success with service performance by achieving first place across multiple categories in the 2010 U.S. IMV ServiceTrak™ Ultrasound Report for the 18th consecutive year.
WHY: Underscoring Philips continued dedication to Ultrasound, customers have again rated Philips Healthcare No. 1 in overall service performance for “Ultrasound All Systems”, comprised of radiology/ob-gyn and cardiology instruments in the annual IMV ServiceTrak™ surveys.
The 2010 IMV ServiceTrak U.S. report reveals Philips is a steadfast market leader in the current U.S. market. Philips ranked first place in overall field service engineer performance, system installation, overall OEM service performance, overall system performance, manufacturer satisfaction and probability of repurchasing.

In an independent survey by IMV Limited, more than 2,000 customers were asked to rate ultrasound systems manufacturers on a broad range of factors across the product ownership lifecycle. For the Ultrasound All Systems report, Philips received top marks in 30 of 39 categories measured in the study.
